It's getting lousy from time to time. I've made the payment through the app. Clearly my money has been deducted but DIDN'T receive any confirmation email. There's NO trace in the booking history too. So how am I supposed to get the refund if I DIDN'T even have any proof? Owh ya.. called for your customer service. No one pick up for 2 consecutive days. Good job..
I have never submitted an app review before. But the incredibly poor professional ethics of easybook is horrible. 1: YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR TICKET AUTOMATICALLY AFTER BOOKING FROM THIS APP. After payment is deducted, your invoice is not sent to you. 2: Their site is not HTTPS encrypted.. this means any passwords that you sent over the internet can be intercepted by network sniffers. 3: After realising point 2, you cannot change your password or delete your account. There is no option to do that.
is an lousy app. I had booked a bus trip to genting on Jun/17,the gd thing is Easybook email me about the change of arrival point but not the departure point on returning bk to sg, n therefore my family n I went to the wrong terminal at Awana instead of first world hotel.
The 3rd time i make payments using this app using maybank2u, but they did not send me any tickets to my emails. Refund also very slow. Improve your lousy payment service👎👎👎
I purchased bus 4A seat (single) online. On that day been arrange to 5B (double side) which is no match my purchased order. Very very disappointed!!!
I bought a train ticket. But why no ticket confirmation sent to my email? How am i suppose to check in if no ticket? Pls upgrade your apps. I thought the apps will b more convenience to buy ticket but i was wrong.😑 Should buy through the ktm website directly..more easy n fast.
