Its a great Application! But, after payment i dont get my receipt and may ticket. And i must call the customer service, then i've get my ticket. Please fixed your Apps and give a simple and easy instruction.
1st time used last 12th Feb. After bought the ticket, am not receive the itinerary immediately. Received later when I email them. Bit worried but its okay as long as I received the ticket. Will use it again.
This is a Bullshit Apps. Wasting user time filling up all the details because when come to payment with Credit Card, it always went to error. I have this experience everytime booking the KTM ETS.

Ive charged RM38.08 for a bus ticket. However in my stated invoice total amount payable RM37.70. Where did my 38cent go?!
Terrible customer service I was buying a bus ticket online when the app hung and I was told my transaction wasn't successful. So I tried again n finally it got through. When I checked my email, I ended up booking double tickets for the sane trip. I called up the office, they flatly told me there was nothing they could do. I emailed them and up to today there is no reply. And no refund. That night my extra seat which was behind me was resold to a new passenger. So that's y I'm using other competitor app now.
