A downgrade from the previous mobile app in every way. It lacks features the first one had, such as tracking inter-campus shuttles and class schedules, and it's a toss up at any given time as to whether the mobile ID will work on doors or not. The previous app wasn't perfect, but at least it worked most of the time.

This new update is horrible. Other than my mobile ID i used it as a way to check my M&G balance. The new app doesn't allow you to, abd when you Google how to check your balance it states to look on the app...which no longer shows the balance. Also constantly forces me to re-download the ID itself, which still rates a few minutes after downloading to be used. Leaving me unable to get back in my dorm, open doors, use my M&G, etc while waiting. Someone needs to return the old app or try again!

the worst app ever- I always have to authenticate so i can never get into my building. PLUS, it doesn't tell you when you need to authenticate, so you'll spend three minutes outside like an idiot wondering why you can't scan into your buildings. Even after all that, it takes a minute or two to work. With AZ heat, and how the app used to be, this is a sad replacement. My tuition goes to this? Can't even innovate NFC
