About this app

As you are having symptoms you may not be fully aware what emotions these symptoms are registering inside yourself. This app assists individuals in mapping symptoms to emotions. I developed this app to help myself work through therapy I was doing through the US Veterans Affairs Health Care system. Veterans Affairs has much more complex and professionally developed apps, but I preferred using a simpler app. In this app you may add, edit and delete Symptoms as needed.

All tracking data is locally stored on the phone. You have the provision to save your data to a backup database or csv file on the phone. Also you may send all data to an email of your choice. But there is no provision to allow anyone access to any data unless you request it using one of the 3 options listed above.
