Have you ever gone to the store to get a repair part and the clerk asked you for information about an item where you did not have the information? Parts Runner allows you to store this information on your phone. Information such as Item Type, Year, Manufacturer, Model, Model Number and Serial Number are entry slots where you can store this information. There is also a section where you can add notes.

Parts Runner allows you to create your own Item Types. For example you can have an Item Type such as "vehicles" or you can simply use the label "cars". Item Types are displayed in a Spinner.

Parts Runner also allows you to share your repair item information using e-mail or text. Android may ask you to "sync" with your contacts but feel free to not allow this. Parts Runner has no facility to collect or share any of your personal information unless you initiate the sharing.

What’s new

Updated to Android SDK version 35. Gives user more sharing options, depending on what is available on their phone. Previously only allowed user to share item data using 'text' and 'e-mail'. Allows user to back up their local database to the Download directory. Fixed logo issue.
