About this app

Keep your medication schedule and your recorded responses together in one clear, private place.

Set the times you need, respond directly to a reminder, and review your history by day or month. Medication Reminder is designed around readable text, distinct controls and a large primary action.

YOUR SCHEDULE
• Add several times per day, selected weekdays or an interval of every N days.
• Set start and end dates, your own instructions and a time zone for each medicine.
• Choose repeat reminders after 15, 20 or 30 minutes within the reminder window you set.
• Dismissing a notification does not mark the medicine as taken.

CLEAR RECORDS
• Mark a scheduled dose as taken, snooze it, or explicitly skip it.
• Skip one dose or the remaining doses of that medicine for today.
• Taken, skipped and unanswered records stay separate.
• Correct an entry if you recorded the wrong response or time.

A HISTORY YOU CAN SEE
• Browse graphical monthly summaries and a calendar.
• Open a day to review its records, or filter by medicine.
• Keep past records when you archive a medicine.
• Export CSV history or create and restore a manual JSON backup.

DESIGNED TO BE READABLE
• Switch on Extra-large display in Settings.
• Use a light or dark appearance.
• Choose from 21 app languages, including English, Estonian, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Turkish, Vietnamese, Thai, Polish and Persian.

ONE SIMPLE UPGRADE
Use one active medicine without a time limit. An optional one-time in-app purchase unlocks more active medicines. No subscription and no ads. Reports, language choices and the large display are included when using one medicine. Google Play displays your local purchase price before payment.

YOUR RECORDS, ON YOUR DEVICE
No app account or developer cloud profile. Medicine details and history stay on your device unless you deliberately export a file. Scheduled reminders and local reports work without internet. Google Play uses an internet connection for purchasing, checking and restoring the unlock and may process technical billing diagnostics. Exported files are not encrypted by the app.

Medication Reminder is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Enter the schedule prescribed for you; the app does not decide whether you should take a late or missed dose. Reports reflect your entries, not proof that a medicine was taken. Reminder delivery depends on device power, notification and alarm permissions, and Android settings.
