Ratings and reviews

The app icon is pixelated — like it was screenshotted from a 2003 Nokia. The user interface? Straight out of Windows XP, clunky and depressing. It feels like QNB couldn't afford Adobe software or even a freelance designer. For a major bank, this is embarrassing. This was my first experience as a new customer… and honestly, what a shameful, outdated mess. I'm genuinely shocked.

Honestly, this has been the worst experience any customer can go through: The worst bank you could ever deal with The worst application you could ever use The worst customer service you could ever contact There is no care, no proper response to customer issues, and no respect for their time.

I've tried many times to register but everytime it says error in processing. I don't understand how this bank has such a poorly made app. Is there any way to register and get the app to work.
