The app so slow, and everytime I go back to the home screen (the maps) it will show a white screen. I need to close the app then re-open it every single time when I click something from home screen or change the menu. Furthermore, if you want to pay with a credit card, you need to do a temporarily hold transaction before every single charge! It takes you 3 - 5 mins before the charging session starts (not include the time to reconnect the charger if it isn't works). Hope you will improve it soon.

this app is buggy and not usable. I can't register my phone number because when I go to see the OTP code and I come back the keypad disappears and you can't input anything. uninstalled and I'll use other charging stations. these people should learn to code and test their apps

impossible to establish a payment channel now. 20 minutes taking pictures of my passport, face, registering pins etc and still didn't work. True Wallet???!!! It was like being vetted for Prime minister and it still wouldn't work! finally after failing any number of my well established payment channels Elexa finally suggested I apply for a True money credit card!! This app and back office support is a joke. don't waste you time. plenty of good alternatives these days.
