can't describe how dissatisfied I m with this app. waste of time. KYC won't work with foreign passports. can't add any of debit cards including Thai debit cards. stay away. don't recommended

The app so slow, and everytime I go back to the home screen (the maps) it will show a white screen. I need to close the app then re-open it every single time when I click something from home screen or change the menu. Furthermore, if you want to pay with a credit card, you need to do a temporarily hold transaction before every single charge! It takes you 3 - 5 mins before the charging session starts (not include the time to reconnect the charger if it isn't works). Hope you will improve it soon.

This is absolutely horrendous. just signing up is insane, it's worse than opening a bank account, why is all the passport and address and tax information needed??? "you give me electricity, I give you money", why make this difficult?? using this app you'll think you got convicted to the deepest chamber in hell. and then in the end: sorry, no charge. Avoid, or it will take years off of your life. 😡😤🤬
