About this app

EKYGAI — Personalised AI training plans for endurance athletes and their coaches.
EKYGAI combines a deterministic AI training engine with a conversational assistant to help athletes train smarter and coaches coach better. Running, cycling, swimming, triathlon or strength training — EKYGAI suggests a fully personalised programme, adapted week after week to your progress and goals.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Endurance athletes (beginner to elite), coaches supervising one or more athletes, sports clubs and teams.
HOW IT WORKS
Tell EKYGAI your goalm, a marathon, a triathlon, a 5K target time, a strength plan, and the AI engine generates a personalised programme suggestion, calculated from your fitness level, training history, perceived effort and recovery data.
You remain in full control of your programme at all times. Every suggestion from the engine can be accepted, modified or deleted whenever you choose. EKYGAI adapts to you, never the other way around.
EkyBot: suggestions, not instructions
EkyBot is EKYGAI's built-in assistant. It explains each proposed session, analyses your week and answers your training questions. It guides and suggests, it does not prescribe, and never replaces medical or clinical advice. The final decision is always yours.
TRACK YOUR SESSIONS
Start a workout in one tap. EKYGAI records your route via GPS, connects to Bluetooth heart rate sensors and computes distance, pace, elevation, heart rate zones and training load. After each session, log a quick debrief, perceived effort, sleep quality, stress level, which the engine uses to refine its next suggestions.
Location is used exclusively during sessions you start manually. It is never collected in the background.
COACH–ATHLETE PLATFORM
Three supervision modes: fully autonomous AI, mixed AI–coach, or coach-led. Athletes always retain final control, they can modify or remove any suggestion at any time. Clubs and teams access aggregated dashboards for their members.
PRIVACY FIRST
EKYGAI does not sell your data, does not run advertising and never shares your conversations with third parties. Payments are processed securely via Google Play.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Free to download. Premium plans unlock the full AI engine, EkyBot and the coach platform. New users get a 30-day free trial. Subscriptions are managed and can be cancelled at any time via Google Play.
