About this app

ProTechs is the operations platform for companies that run resident live shows — cruise-line entertainment, resident theatre, arena and multi-venue productions. It runs the technical side of the production from one office console and a dead-simple crew app.

WHAT IT DOES
• Nightly show reports — crew file in under a minute; the office sees every venue instantly, grouped by day, with a warning when a venue hasn't reported.
• Requests, tracked — equipment and materials with photos, from "asked" to "delivered."
• Crew & handovers — profiles, contracts and certificates with expiry alerts; see arrivals ahead of time with one-tap WhatsApp to start the handover early.
• Show documentation — procedures, stage plans and running orders, per venue, always the latest version.
• Versioned backups — sound, light, QLab, video and more, with permanent designer originals and dated cast-change versions.
• Equipment passwords — a per-venue vault for every desk, PC and Mac.
• Messaging & broadcast — reach one venue leader or all at once, with push notifications.

Access is provided by your organization — there is no public sign-up. ProTechs is a tool for production companies and their crews.
