Good, but slightly glitchy on Android S8. Unable to make restaurant reservations because constantly says to "sign in on homepage of app", when I am signed in. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still happens. Next issue is if you add a travel companion and edit their email, then decide to change it back to their original email, it will not let you and say it's in use when you are simply editing. No one on chat ever.

This app never worked for us. We tried reinstalling, and also installing on a different phone, and it still wouldn't work. We would enter our stay info and it would say it was saved, but then when we click on My Stay it says we have no stays, even when logged in with our Melia account. Because of this we couldn't use any of our coupons/promos, and missed out on a big part of the experiences we wanted. Asked several people at the resort for help and no one was able to resolve it.

Terrible in all ways possible. The app does not let you check in within the 96hr check in window. They give you non descriptive error messages. When you use the chat box the is no response whatsoever. When you call customer service they tell you they don't have access to help you with your app. The only option available is to call your hotel to book services which defeats the purpose of the app.
