Ratings and reviews

Sign up process is broken, can't add a vehicle (the ONE thing the app is there for). Says can add from the account later, but that's broken too. Didn't expect a lot from the company that doesn't clearly name car parks and then charges you a penalty when you accidentally parked in the North car park but paid for the South car park (because there are no signs telling you where you are). Feels like this is a "let's make it hard to sign up and then we can penalise more people".

Downloaded app on train ok; easy to register and then pay for day's parking. A little confused as notice on ticket / payment machine advises 'pay on arrival', whereas notice in station reception states 'you have until midnight ...... to make .... payment'.

Every cockup I can think of in the way this is written. I had forgotten password so requested a reset. Email had a tiny link in purple text in a black background. Once I find it and followed the link the web page opened but the "help" chat it kept covering the page. By the time I got to the box to enter a new password the link had expired. When I try to request again it keeps saying the link is expired. I gave up and bought a paper ticket. Totally useless.
