Doesn't work on new Xperia VII but does work on Xperia V and Xperia III. Hopefully an update comes out so we can load profiles without having to put the cards back in the old phones. Edit: Support was able to assist as apparent by their reply, seems less a software and more a hardware limitation they already know of so they are sending updated cards. Very swift response! Review adjusted to 5 stars ♥️

This app insists on connecting to their server to see the eSIMs and change eSIM. This had the unfortunate effect that when you travel, if you don't change eSIM to the destination country *before* you arrive, you cannot change the eSIM when you arrive, *unless* you can get access to a WiFi connection, and that's often impossible in many airports. It shouldn't have to be this way. EDIT: Still have this problem.

The esim card is a great gadget that does exactly what it is supposed to. The ability to add in an esim to phones that only have psim is invaluable. One issue that came up was that my provider (TMobile) did not understand what this card does. Certainly not on script for their store techs. I had to coach TMobile person extensively to get running. The accompanying App is solid and works though it appears to very occasionally have a little hickup. Bottom line - well worth minor hassles!

Thank you Richard for your insightful review. The T-Mobile eSIM team already have eSIM.me Cards and are full aware about eSIM.me, but it seems that they have not yet educated their store tech. Good to hear eSIM.me eventually does the work it should for you.
