About this app

Cookbook, meal planner and shopping list with deals on the ingredients you actually buy.
Mealbase matches ingredients from your recipes and items on your list to current supermarket deals and shows you where the basket is cheaper.
Deals from eight Czech chains: Albert, Tesco, Lidl, Billa, Penny, COOP, Kaufland, Globus. The deals catalog is part of Mealbase PRO.

DEALS ON INGREDIENTS, NOT JUST FLYERS (MEALBASE PRO)
• Recipe ingredients and shopping list items are matched to current deals.
• Every recipe shows the saving per store, not just "it's cheaper somewhere".
• Pick up to three favorite stores and Mealbase compares prices between them.
• Track up to 25 items. When the price drops, you get a notification.
• Price history for products in the catalog, so you know a real deal from a fake one.

RECIPES WITHOUT RETYPING
• Add a recipe from a photo (OCR), from a link, or by hand.
• Search recipes by the ingredients you have at home, with a match score.
• See nutrition values and rescale servings with one tap.
• Cooking mode walks you through step by step and runs the timers.
• Photograph your fridge and Mealbase recognizes what is in it (PRO).
• Browse community and featured recipes and save them to your own cookbook.

A WEEK OF MEALS
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack, in week view or calendar view.
• The finished plan turns into a shopping list.
• The custom meal plan (PRO) builds 1 to 14 days from your 100 most recent saved recipes.
• It does not invent new recipes and does not handle diets or allergies.

A LIST YOU CAN SHARE
• The shopping list builds itself from your planned meals.
• Share recipes, meal plans and lists via @username (PRO).
• A shared list updates in real time.
• Offline mode: anything you add without a signal syncs once you reconnect.
• A monthly overview of what you spend on food.
