not impressed so far. I do not know if it is my clinics choices in what I am allowed to share in the app or what, but there is no way to communicate a simple message to staff like I was told I could do. I am going thru chemo and sometimes have concerns in the middle of the nightband was assured I would have 24/ 7 access thru this app. so far, have not received 1 call back. again, not sure if it is my clinic or the apps algorithm

Stopped using this early on. I found when I was constantly communicating issues on this app it was a continual reminder of ailments I was fighting like Hell to overcome. I just wanted to forge ahead not dwelling on those issues and this app was not conducive to doing so. I would like to add however, it was amazing to have the 24/7 phone line available. The Doctors were amazing when my daughter utilized that service at 2:00 AM on a Sunday morning on my behalf. I was very well taken care of.
