Another example of bullying. Instead of delivering the missing product, they just keep repeating that they have delivered the product on the proof that it was dispatched from warehouse. I mean as consumer if I don't receive product, it's my problem coz apparantly nothing can ever go wrong at their end. Massive disappointment and outright bullying. Don't ever order from this site.

Worst delivery experience! This app has a great collection of dresses and other stuffs. There is a FirstCry shop nearby but I still choose the app because one gets a wide range of choices. But what is the use of these choices if we can't get any? I had ordered 2 items out of which 1 was supposed to be delivered last week and the other yesterday. The first one was delayed and was assured to deliver yesterday with the other, again both were not delivered! Unlucky I didn't opt for cash on delivery!

Do not buy from FirstCry. Their customer support is very poor. I requested for a return on 4th June, and they have still not picked it up. The delivery partner who is assigned the pickup is continuously lying telling customer denied and cancelling the pickup without even trying to call the customer or come for the home pickup. They keep saying it will get picked up and keep closing the tickets without resolving the issue I mailed a week ago and still the same issue
