Very disappointing experience with the FirstCry app. It hangs and becomes extremely slow whenever I search or browse products. Today, I ordered 3 items and completed the payment, but the amount was debited from my bank account. After payment, the app got stuck on the processing/loading screen, so my order was neither placed nor confirmed. Please improve the app’s speed and stability. If you can not handle so many products and SKUs, please manage the cataloged better.

I've placed several orders through this app, and nearly every single one has arrived well past the estimated delivery date, usually delayed by 3-4 days. The product quality is fine, but the logistics and tracking estimates are completely unreliable. it is always delaying the delivery, it do not show what is the reason of delaying and it always show the product is out for delivery but we don't get the product for 4 to 5 days

Overall my experience is good but Please add a “Buy Now” button alongside “Add to Cart.” Many users add multiple products to the cart for buying later, but may want to purchase only one item at a time. Currently, we have to remove other cart items or move the product to the shortlist. A “Buy Now” button that directly takes us to checkout for that specific product would make shopping much easier and more convenient.
