Taking pictures of my food helps me decrease binging by making me slow down and think about how much I'm eating and whether or not I am actually hungry. I like the format of the app it's really easy to use. My only complaint is that you can't put more than 2 pictures in a box and I can't figure out how to move or change the color of the text on the pictures. Of course theres a lot to the app that you can only access with a subscription, but the free version works for me.

I remember when this app first came out. It was free and very simple to use. I like that they added a daily water intake tracker, because I remember thinking that if they included that, this app would be my one stop shop for my food tracking. However, I'm bummed to see that the app is now subscription based. I totally get the app creators wanting to be compensated for their work, but I really wish they would include an option of one-time purchase for just recording food pics and tracking drinks.

I've used this app for 2 years now-or should I say "suffered" through it? It is a great concept which is why I continue to use it, it helps me stay on track and accountable as I can share what I eat with my coach. However, most of my attempts at just opening the app I'll get a white screen and have to crash the app and reopen it. The other times it'll open to a page from weeks or months ago and if you aren't paying attention and input your food to that page you'll lose it once it refreshes.

If you are referring to disappearing pictures, the good news is that the pictures are always there; just close and open the app, and the page updates. Please let us know if you need anything else at

In this update, bug fixes (daily notes on the PDF share) and performance improvements (adding/moving pictures). So you can enjoy your food tracking.
