The app is fantastic when it works. When it gets slow or unresponsive, I have to uninstall and re-download. My problem is that once I re-download, despite "signing in" with the same account I've used since Day 1, it erases ALL of my data. Saved meals that I have to re-scan, my streak of consistency, my records, everything. I was working up to the "Lifetime Membership" you get if you use it consistently for a full year. That's reset on me twice now. Otherwise? It serves most of its purpose.

We’re really sorry about the data loss, FitHub currently stores data locally on your device, so reinstalling the app resets history and streaks. Please avoid reinstalling in the future and use force-quit and reopen instead. We’re working on stability updates and improved data handling.

The app keeps refusing to let me get to my saved meals unless I get a subscription... But I already have a subscription. But then, when I do get in, I have to restart the app to get access to my saved meals and tracking. And even then, I have a 50/50 shot of it going back to the Subscription screen. I am canceling my subscription and finding other options.

I downloaded this last night and it worked perfectly fine. I'm trying to open it this morning and everything looks different. The app is asking for all my health info (which I already did) and the UI looks different for some reason. Not only that, the app has crashed like 3 or 4 times, crashing my phone with it. It's very irritating and upsetting as I paid for the yearly subscription, and I'm legitimately about to request a refund since I'm not getting my money's worth.
