Every set, on the record.
IronRepLogger is a gym training log that gets out of your way. Pick a routine, log the weight and reps as you go, rest, and hit the next set. That is the whole loop — no account, no setup, no clutter between you and the bar.
LOG SETS AS FAST AS YOU LIFT
Each exercise arrives with its sets already laid out. Nudge the weight and reps with plus and minus, or tap the number to type an exact figure. Tick the set off and a rest countdown starts on its own — stretch it by 30 seconds, skip it, or let it run. Every change is saved the moment you make it, so if your phone dies mid-session, your work is still there when you come back.
24 EXERCISES, 6 READY-MADE ROUTINES
The library ships inside the app: 24 exercises across chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, core and full body, spanning barbell, dumbbell, machine, bodyweight and kettlebell work. Each one carries sensible set and rep defaults plus a short form tip worth reading. Six routines are ready to run — Push Day, Pull Day, Leg Day, Full Body Starter, Upper Body Power, and Core & Conditioning.
BUILD YOUR OWN
Name a routine, pick a goal, set the rest length, and tap exercises in the order you want them. Your routines sit alongside the built-in ones and start the same way.
RECORDS THAT KEEP THEMSELVES
Finish a session and the app checks every exercise against your best ever. Beat your heaviest weight, your best rep count, or your biggest single set, and it tells you on the spot. No spreadsheets, no manual bookkeeping.
SEE THE PROGRESS
A weekly volume ring fills as you move weight toward the target you set, with seven day segments that fill in as you train. The Progress tab charts your top set for each exercise over time, tracks body weight, and lists every session you have logged. Twelve badges mark the milestones — first session, streaks, tonnes moved, records broken.
KILOGRAMS OR POUNDS
Switch anytime. Weights are stored once and converted only for display, so flipping units changes what you read and never what you logged. The plate calculator follows along, working out exactly which plates go on each side of a 20 kg or 45 lb bar — and telling you honestly when a weight cannot be loaded exactly.
COMPLETELY OFFLINE, GENUINELY PRIVATE
There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to. IronRepLogger contains no networking code at all: no analytics, no advertising, no cloud, no tracking. It works identically in airplane mode. Your training log lives on your phone in the app's own private storage, and uninstalling deletes all of it. Nothing is collected because there is nowhere for it to go.
Built for people who just want to train and keep an honest record of it.
