At first I liked the smooth interface and ease of potential use but after spending a couple of weeks with it, it is rather annoying as the fragrances I add to cart aren't showing up. Now I just surf availability on the app then go to the browser to shop. Bit of a pass, but if they fix the issue with the shopping cart I'll put it back to a 5 star review

When the app works, it's great. I love FB.CA and have had now 4 batches of frags ordered. When it does NOT work, it has an issue with the shopping cart and I could not make any purchases. BUT they have really addressed the issues that the app was having in previous months and it is noticable! Much appreciated FB! Your sales are great and I am happy to be a customer.

8/16/23 Just updated the app....absolutely horrible. It's basically identical to how the web page shows up in the phone. Can't even go to desktop mode on the phone to view a whole page from the web page unless I'm on my home wifi or it just keeps "verifying human" nothing loads. App is time consuming, a deterrent, completely and utterly useless if you use mobile all the time like me. Big fail for Fragbuy, I'm disappointed.
