due date 29th but paid on 25th! nobody heard a noise o. but when you are overdue for one hour, agents will be cursing and railing. now credit limit is reduced by more than 50%> it's unfair. lastly, seven days is not convenient to pay up those interests called processing fees. we are paying thru the teeth, cos of condition and circumstances. 15days or more shd be considered. y'are doing more harm than good in the long run but for desperation no one should approach most of these loan apps

The customer customer service agent is not customer friendly. a customer did an extension and made the extension payment and app accepted the extension and gave a new date as 14th February 2026. The customer service agent said he we reject it because the extension does not favour him but the company. He then turn the extension to part payment, thereby forcing the customer against her will. He is telling the customer that he make sure she pay for the overdue

Your interest rate is killing...48% on loan for just 8days...this is theft and not favour...have collect the loan for like five times...interest rate is very high...48% and payment is in 8days...if you are reading this and want to collect thier loan...please don't...for yor own Good. its is very bad, I contact thier customer service and nothing will be done...very bad experience
