It took more than 12 hours for your money to be disbursed into my account. At the time your money came I have already gotten money to do what I wanted to do. I no longer need your loan. Please I want to send it back now. I don't need it again. When I noticed that disbursement was delayed I sent a message to you guys to stop the disbursement. Now, the money is in my account and I don't need it. The worst is that your app is not even opening again in my phone. Let's settle this amicably now oooo.

They literally asked me if I am mad because it was 5pm on the day of my repayment. Mind you their app didn't send any message prior as reminder. All I borrowed was 9k and I had a 4k interest rate.

I am giving 1 star,u guys are good is disbursing money, but too unprofessional in talking to customers, ur agents are very rude. U decieve people to get a loan date extension after paying for it nothing like extension, u people will keep harassing and disturbing emergency numbers. Ur interested rate is too high and ur loan date is too short to make it easy and realistic for people to pay. I will pay my outstanding,then close my account with u guys and delete the app. Because it's unfair. RUN O.
