CSEntry collects data for surveys created by the free Census and Survey Processing System (CSPro) suite of data processing tools. CSEntry is used for computer assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) on Android phones and tablets. we've been using it for long but now we can no longer access to the Dropbox to download the input masks we are stuck in an endless loop of authentication where we enter the correct address mail and password and allow cs entry to access tho the phone file but nothing happened it send us to the menu where I have to choose which method I want to use wether it is web or Dropbox etc basically a loop. We tried many troubleshooting to try and fix the problem but nothing works pls help us fix it .

Hi dear i install CsEntry CsPro Data entry. I am facing a lot of difficulties while achieving the synchronization process. In fact when i lauch the app on my phone and i go to menu i Can not find the option Synchronization. I could find only "add an application" and some other items but nothing to do with synchronization. So what should i do to handle this. Thanks in avance.

I'm using since 2011 for desktop until now for mobile , i used for collect data item at store (about 1000 item each store), some of the data item lost or partially goes in the server. But it's okay , the raw data can send to server for backup
