Works great, until it gets to the backside of your driver's license and fails every time. 3 tries each time and it always fails. And then plods along to the face ID and it then cancels. Tried it over data and over wifi. Same results. Great idea, total trash for implementation. Waste of time, just bite the bullet and go into a place - at least there are real humans and not a broken app.

pointless app. they really tried to make the app just like the real DMV. slow and doesn't know what it's doing. this app cuts off pages so you can't see everything and usually where the buttons and extra info is. want information? they don't have any. what to be faster using the app? it is but it too is also very slow.

worst garbage i have ever seen. a laundry list of security checks to verify...fair enough. but then when i try to log in for the first time....oh wait you need to log into your eservices account to enable 2 factor and in 2025 we still cant do it in app. so i go and attempt to do the required steps and the password i just set up moments ago is wrong. absolute trash app.
