Works great, until it gets to the backside of your driver's license and fails every time. 3 tries each time and it always fails. And then plods along to the face ID and it then cancels. Tried it over data and over wifi. Same results. Great idea, total trash for implementation. Waste of time, just bite the bullet and go into a place - at least there are real humans and not a broken app.

The app needs work (I mean the last update was July 2019). I like how there's an option to do certain things without having to login. The issue that (MANY) people have is that, there is an error message that pops up, and when you hit "Dismiss", it closes out EVERYTHING. All I need to do is pay a fee, and I've had to restart THREE times because of that message. Fixing that would be a BIG help.

Set up my account, checked my email for confirmation that the account was set up properly, then tried to login. Unable to login. Keep getting the error message that two-factor authorization is not enabled on my account. The message instructs me to login to my e-services account to change the settings. Uh, HELLO??? How am I supposed to login and change the settings IF YOU WON'T LET ME LOGIN?? I've come across some crazy stuff before, but this one is ridiculous. Nice to see tax dollars at work.
