Ratings and reviews

This app is a complete and utter failure. I tried 1000 registration attempts throughout the week, and every single one failed, despite meeting all the necessary requirements. I provided a photo of my national ID card with a white background and excellent lighting, but all my attempts to register were unsuccessful.

The worst app I ever saw not working and always give: حدث خطأ ما، يرجي المحاولة مرة آخري لاحقا ( 403) . I forced stopand cleared the cache and Data and uninstalled and switched the phone off and on then installed it again, the same thing happens!!!!! what a waste !!!!! Phones: Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 1 TB and Samsung Galaxy Fold 7 512GB OS: Android 16 One UI: 8.5

I'm not able to register, either the problem is with ID card images, face recognition and at the end the ID itself is wrong. I'm not sure if this is a digital identity but we can't register then how we would use it.
