Ratings and reviews

Everything on the app is good except when it comes to uploading documents. When I try to upload documents I always get an error message stating I need to grant the app permission to access my photos or files. I go to my settings and do this then return to the app and still receive the same message. I've tried numerous times to upload documents I have saved as files and photos, and the problem continues.

The app is pretty convenient and user friendly. However, I cannot view my letters. One other thing is I could not click the 'Accept' button for turning on the option to login using my fingerprint because I keep my display on large and the button was off screen with no ability to scroll down or move the page. I would imagine this would affect many people with sight issues. Thank you.

I love the app option instead of using the website, mailing, or faxing!! This is much more convenient and easier for me!! There are a couple improvements that could be made to give it the 5 stars. One would be to add the ability to log in with fingerprint or save passwords. The other would be the ability to upload documents from files or Google Drive (or iCloud for the Apple users). I had more trouble finding somewhere to print documents so I could take pictures than I did too upload them.
