If you’ve already signed up to digital banking
• If you’ve received a notification granting you early access, download the Alpha Bank mobile app and sign in using your digital banking credentials.
• If you haven't yet received any notification, you should download the previous myAlpha Mobile app or keep using it for a while longer, if you’ve already downloaded it.
• To get digital banking credentials or to start banking with Alpha Bank, you’ll need to download the previous myAlpha Mobile app.

If you’d like to start banking with Alpha Bank
• Download the Alpha Bank mobile app, get digital banking credentials and open your first account with Alpha Bank online.
The Alpha Bank mobile app will be gradually enhanced. Until all features and services are fully integrated, you may use it alongside the previous myAlpha Mobile app to enjoy the widest range of functions and services on your mobile.

Chat with the digital assistant to find what you need. This way, you get answers, receive instructions and complete your actions in a flash.
TRANSACTIONS FROM YOUR MOBILE ON THE GO
• Pay your Alpha Bank cards in a flash.
• Pay bills and dues to companies and organisations, even with QR scanning.
• Transfer money between your own accounts or to another holder’s account, at Alpha Bank or any other bank in Greece and abroad.
• Send up to €1,000/day to your contacts with IRIS payments, just with their mobile number.
CONTROL AND UPDATES
• Keep track of the balance and activity of your accounts and cards, and download e-statements.
• Recover your username or password online.
EASY CARD MANAGEMENT
• Report a lost or stolen card in a flash from your mobile, without having to call or waste time waiting.
• Ask to have your card re-issued when you report it’s been lost or stolen.
• Block your card temporarily if you’re not sure whether you’ve lost it.
• Keep track of your card balances, Bonus points and activity/transfer log.
• Ask us to remind you your PIN online if you've forgotten it.
• Load your prepaid cards.
