What is the purpose of the application and its associated points? if on site employees are creating obstacles to its utilization?

Was working fine until it updated and now shows an error message "Allsmartapp cannot be installed on your device due to device settings". This is on a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T with Android 10. Edit: Turns out it was because my device is rooted. I understand this limitation for banking apps, but why the allSmart app? All I'm doing is display the barcode to the gas station because my physical card is kept in a different vehicle.

Why the hell do I have to register every time I get the app instead of login? Where is the login feature? Why the hell did you block rooted devices (which isn't even effective anyway)? What's the huge security threat? Right... Get a new coding team altogether, this one is unsalvageable.
