I can't use my password manager to login. (Bitwarden) I have to manually copy paste the username and password and when I switch apps, the form resets, which means I have to copy the username again, because the password thankfully stays typed and the form does not reset. Really awful experience.

Can't reset my password because I don't have access to my email any longer! They should allow a verification code to the mobile phone as a second method. DEH is still stuck on the 20th century (no smart meter as well!!!).

I paid the bill over my online account few days ago snd still the app shows an outstanding payment. In a modern world the update should happen amost in real time, as the charge raises it self are applied in real time and retroactive as well
