Very dissatisfied with DEI overall. When the app was updated one of my accounts was removed.!! There's no option on the app to enter the information again and therefore I cannot monitor the billing being that we live overseas. Your response is unacceptable and nonsense. I only use one email address and the system immediately gives notification that the email cannot be used again!!! Please resolve the problem and add a box in the app to entter contract accounts.

Good evening, the reason your accounts were automatically deleted is because you have created more than one user account with the same registration e-mail. For security and personal data protection reasons, each registration e-mail will correspond to a unique user. In order to regain access to your accounts, you must proceed to a new registration.

The app doesn't let me pay my electrical bill with a Mastercard. It doesn't even let me use it since the latest update. It was working okay before. I'm going back to paper bills. I can't waste my time trying to login every time you guys do an update. App doesn't keep my login information. Please add a way to make the app remember credentials!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times to no avail.

full of bugs, not reliable at all. I got a payment declined and it got completed on its own after a few hours. also my bill shows as unpaid. how is that possible; Update: they only give generic answers as the one below here and have no clue about payment systems. They essentially "stole" 144e from me. I paid the money but it wasn't credited to any account.
