Ratings and reviews

Cons: 1) the app often glitches out when I book a ride closer to either end of the day when it's in service & says the ride cannot be booked due to high activity on GMT's servers 2) it doesn't operate on Sundays 3) it would be much more efficient if it the Montpelier Hospital Hill route wasn't terminated Pros: 1) App is intuitive & runs a lot like Uber's app 2) On time performance is good

Although the system can be a bit sketchy, the drivers and call center is ALWAYS top notch!❤

My ride transportation has drivers that will go above.And beyond for the passengers, I've always had a good experience. When riding with them.
