stupid application... paid 2 times for my electricity bill, the first one was failed but my money got deducted from my bank account.. the second payment was successful and my money got deducted again.. and the ridiculous part is, i've waited for 4 working days, and the money still hadn't gotten back into my bank account.. the notification centre in the app said that refund was completed, but it's literally fake, it's not my bank account's problem, its your apps that aren't easy like the name 👎

the truth is as follows : I was in such a hurry to go through several inquiries in order to detect and settle the most essential pills , after using the electricity payment service successfully i realized how simple, efficient and smart ( Sahl App ) is , then the rate this app widget popped up so i wanted to show my appreciation Although i was in a hurry, i did write down the first description i thought of , which is the word ( Great ) , and it was more than enough to lead your support to me

Terrible, I have to try at least 3 times to charge the card because it keeps saying error and literally after multiple tries and deleting the app and reinstalling it, it worked but literally took around 30 mins just trying to transfer the charge that was already paid for!!
