bas support. spending hours to solve a security issue in the app. they claim it is a bank issue. and the bank is receiving and withdrawing the amount and the application returned it. when I asked for a supervisor, I was told we will send a request. a request to talk to a supervisor for a team are not able to solve my issue. don't use it VERY BAD SUPPORT

This app should be a practice partner and essential in everyday life, yet the operating team and support team are very weak, this is the second time in one month the application fails to transfer charge to my electricity card and when I communicated with support they said they knew there was a problem in transferring charge to android phone and they knew it and did not prevent me from paying for a charge.

I am not happy with Sahl application many time I pay with my credit card and I can not transfer the amount to the electricity card and they don't return my money back.
