average reliability. thank you for your reply. the app keeps failing to transfer the amount to the card. it takes around 5 times trying to transfer, going back and forth, putting the card back to the meter, and trying again with the mobile to make the transfer until it finally makes it.

This app should be a practice partner and essential in everyday life, yet the operating team and support team are very weak, this is the second time in one month the application fails to transfer charge to my electricity card and when I communicated with support they said they knew there was a problem in transferring charge to android phone and they knew it and did not prevent me from paying for a charge.

Very bad, i have lost my mony, every 100 fsilure trial to trsnsfere the charge to card, i have only one successfull trial, last time, 259 bound lost., transfered but not activated
