terrible customer service terrible team they have a bug, they ahow and deduct a bigger amount for due bills (other than the service fees) more than what is already due and requested!!! i tried to explain this with evidence from my provider and from their app the agents kept replying using templates I requested to speak to a manager 3 times and they kept replying using a template!!! DON'T USE SAHL! IT'S A SCAAAAM

the app is excellent overall very user-friendly, smooth, and reliable. I’ve had a great experience so far. However, there is one issue I hope can be improved soon. When using NFC to read or recharge a card, the app often requires multiple attempts before detecting it. All NFC settings are enabled, and the same card works instantly with other apps. Please optimize NFC performance to make it faster and more seamless.

This app should be a practice partner and essential in everyday life, yet the operating team and support team are very weak, this is the second time in one month the application fails to transfer charge to my electricity card and when I communicated with support they said they knew there was a problem in transferring charge to android phone and they knew it and did not prevent me from paying for a charge.
