It's really a super slow and inefficient device. Constantly lagging. Sometimes, even unable to log in at all. Especially during trading hours.

worst & keep become more worst!! to all the traders out there.. dont expect u can trade when peak time. u will cant even log in to ur account.! when u call to their hotline. they will just reply. alrite we will look into it. didnt even appologies as it seem nothing important! i have switch all my fund to other platform. worst experiwnce w them.

Can not use the apps since 23/8. Contact customer services and they ask me updated to Gboard new version, clear the data, reinstall the apps... It's still not working. On the log in menu, can't type anything and click anything. It's hang.... Rhb customer service ask me go to phone shop to ask for assistance. It's really not convenient...
