Could use e services and was prompted to update app. During updating experience problems and couldn't update. Had to uninstall the app and reinstall again and yet also face problems in installing. Took many tries. Even after reinstalling app, still e setvices could not be used. Says e services unavailable at the moment. This Updated app very problematic. Seems like lots of bugs. Finally could only resolve by going e services via website. Fraustrating and wasted so much of my time. Pls fix this!

Recent app download apparently caused my phone (S21 Ultra) to keep having flashes of yellow screen which was disturbing. Originally, I thought it was because my phone dropped. After several troubleshooting steps, I deleted the app and the yellow flashing screen stopped. Perhaps the HDB mobile team could look into the app for any bugs. Almost sent my phone for repair.

Lousy apps! HDB sent me message about carpark payment, follow steps and still couldn't retrieve info on outstanding payment. I don't even know when i owed them $$$. Waste money to make apps like this. Gonna delete after this review.
