Absolutely useless, just like the entire 3 HK experience. What an antiquated app, especially for a supposed "mobile service provider". App crashes so often, and even it's "travel service hotline" is deactivated. What a joke of a service. This company has barely improved it's services in 20 years, considering the fact that it still rips off it's users with it's over-priced plans and roaming deals. Better off buying a SIM card at an airport. What a sham.

I have had numerous problems logging in over the course of a few days and still can't, when I was able to properly use the app, for some reason the online payment service is always down, I tried to pay my phone bill multiple times before and on the actual deadline, and several times after, only able to pay for it once it became outstanding and missing the chance to save money. And of course to go back to my initial point, I CAN'T LOG IN BECAUSE "THE SERVERS ARE DOWN". please fix thx

Recently keep stating "application configuration" and cannot open the app. FIXED IT PLEASE!
