Ratings and reviews

Grab is way better; they provide you with the link themselves, preventing possible scams. Lalamove's customer service is trash. They don't want to help you at all. Lalamove does not prevent double bookings of riders, causing serious delay and inconveniences to the users of this app. Just don't use this, unless you don't mind the risk of getting scammed by the riders.

This is the worst app ever. The driver are scammers, the customer service agents are finding ways not to reply to my chats. There's no cancel button even the order is still awaiting driver for an hour! What if there's really no driver available for pickup, am I gonna wait forever till someone will accept it? Worst app, considering I have been only using it for just a few times but everytime I placed an order, there's always a problem. I will keep telling my friends not to use this app.

I experienced several worst service from this app. I alloted a lot of time prior to my target time yet it's so hard to find a driver, it took me an hour to book an order and some drivers are not reading their notes, some of them are not direction-wise.
