Service is not good enough. Last time I order a pickup, pick time was 11.20am. The driver is not responsive, I was waiting for him till 2.30 pm. Many times I call him ,he says to me hi was coming. after 3 hours he didn't come. After that I contacted your customer service They told me to cancel my current order and say again call a driver. but several times I try I can't find any driver. this is too annoying.

Lalamoves interface is not user friendly. And I've had more bad experiences than I'd like. The only good thing about them is their rates. I really hope they become driver and user friendly soon. One critical feedback is the route selection on maps. There are cases where selecting the route is useful for the user cause otherwise the driver will be in a pinch, and would call to ask for the job to be cancelled like what happened with me. It's only fair or course that they get paid for the distance

Be careful❌.This can never be good. When you go to rent a cart, you can only select your district, not the location of your home.then will take advantage of this and demand an additional fare to take the goods to your home, beyond the fare set by the app. I rented a car in Narsingdi. The fare was on the app.2442 taka but they charged an additional 700 taka. I could not select the location of my house while renting a car. I was only able to select my district Narsingdi, there were no other option
