This is really a rediculous lousy app. I could not log-in to this app after registration. On more than 4 occasions I called its customer support hotline. Every time the staff told me that they would reset my phone number on their database and I should be able to log-in again. So far, nothing has happened and I am still unable to use this app. The staff told me the resetting process will take 1 business day.

Keeps crashing frequently, which is very frustrating. It also deducts money but doesn’t add any time to my account. On top of that, when it’s sunny or raining, the app cannot scan the QR code properly. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Please fix these issues! There are so many bugs.

because of the UX, I cannot top up the meter in front of the police! Then I need to pay the penalty with $400. Why every time I need to select the credit card again 😡. This is totally unacceptable because the meter also hang during the urgency. Totally need an alternative way!
