I can't get a person on the phone during the daytime to get Nts started I know nothing about apps especialy this one I put my right information in uninstalled it reinstalled it keeps telling me wrong information

The drivers and office people are great! The app ehh...

The app works nice my only problem is you can't get passes from them.
