About this app

CHRIS is the employee app that keeps leave, working hours, expenses and travel orders in one place. Instead of e-mails, paperwork and spreadsheets, you handle all of it from your phone.

LEAVE AND ABSENCE
• Request annual leave or any other type of leave in a few taps
• See how many days you have left, and by when you have to use them
• Follow the status of your requests — pending, approved or rejected
• Attach a document from the camera or from your files (e.g. a sick-leave certificate)
• A notification arrives as soon as someone decides on your request

WORKING HOURS
• Start and end work with one tap, or enter your hours by hand
• A monthly view of hours, overtime and confirmed days

EXPENSES AND TRAVEL ORDERS
• Photograph a receipt when you pay — or scan its fiscal code to fill in the amount and the date
• Submit a travel settlement after the trip: time of return, border crossings, kilometers
• Your own cars and the organization's vehicles in one list

TEAM AND CALENDAR
• A team calendar: who is away, and when
• Team leads approve their team's requests straight from the app

YOUR PROFILE
• Your details, contracts, documents, payslips and the equipment you hold
• Your own photo and CV

Modules your organization does not use are not shown in the app.

SECURE AND PRIVATE
CHRIS uses your existing work account and respects your organization's access rules — you only see what you are allowed to see. Two-factor sign-in is supported. We do not collect data for advertising and we do not track you.

WHO IT IS FOR
CHRIS is made for employees of organizations that use CHRIS. To sign in, you need an account your organization creates for you.
