The new UI is great. I have no complaint there, I like the new confirmation page of QRIS payment, visually appealing. But like others have mentioned, the app has become really slow and sometimes even doing wire transfer is a hassle! I also found that accessing poin XTRA will kick you out. This app needs lots of bug fixes.

worst bank and worst app ever. terrible experience. DO NOT EVER MAKE AN ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK. 1. Dozens of spam calls PER DAY, EVERYDAY from the bank sales team offering credit card options, etc 2. The card I requested NEVER ARRIVED (got lost in expedition) then it becomes complicated for me to request the card again 3. I can't log in multiple times due to the bug in the system!!

The newest Octo apps looks is cool but sucks as now the work flow is complicated....!! Not friendly user. To make transfer, I mus go round and round looking for the favorite and not there. I went to Favorite and chose it but then it reset again to blank. This become a very very confusing apps. What are you trying to do? Give user a headache?
