Great app, not great customer support experience, it can take up to weeks just to get reply from the non-bot personel, let alone fixing the actual issue. For an app that is so important, this is a major setback.

Such a long convoluted way of transferring money and it's even locked behind a premium wall. I'll say it again, A TRANSFER IS LOCKED BEHIND A PREMIUM PAYWALL!! To further elaborate, to transfer money without premium to a friend i have on my contact, i need to: whip up my credit card, put the numbers in, expiry date, cvv, and everything. And even then i haven't been able to transfer successfully. I just got hit by it's in progress. I've made 3 attempts to transfer and no progress.

Dana definitely provided one of the best digital financial services around. It's just a bit of shame that the app sometimes have issues which forces me to reinstall the application to fix the problem by which also had happened in the past a couple times already now.
