I feel like the last time I subscribed to Remini was a few months ago because there was a free trial, and that was also canceled. I never subscribed to Reminiagi, but suddenly my funds were sucked up by 165,390 and the Remini status has expired.

the worst app ever. I made a transaction with QRIS, my balance decreased but the merchant kept pending so the transaction was really hampered, I really regret using this application, CS didn't do anything, I've reported it for days, but there's been no definite response. It's disappointing that I've spent a lot of money and it's gone who knows where. Please take responsibility. really bad

Very disappointing. I intended to report and request a solution for a transaction I did not make to customer service, but after a month there has been no solution. Let alone a solution—there hasn’t even been any processing. I have emailed repeatedly and sent messages via Instagram and X DMs, but the response has been extremely slow.
