worst customer support i have ever had a displeasure of interacting. 3 times waited in queue. wasted an hour. first they need photo with a driver licence. give you 30 sec to make it and kick you to the start of the queue. than video with passport. and kick again. than demand to print pdf visa and do another selfie. absolute worst app, do not use as a foreigner.

wow.. great job for this app only working one time for under 10k transfer and then it's into "oops, bla bla bla, let's try again in a few minutes" for the rest of use. good God, it's been hours trying to make just another one transfer work after MANY failed attempts, cant even resend my money back, cant use QRIS, have restarted & uninstalled, EVERYTHING. i regret trying to trust on this one. shame on the weak servers, shame on you.

The only downside to this wallet is that the maximum monthly payment limit is low; otherwise, it's truly excellent for tourists, expats, and small traders.
