State app for digital documents, public services and authentication.

Portuguese public administration app that allows you to store identification documents, manage the Digital Mobile Key, sign documents and perform public services (replaces the old id.gov.pt and autenticacao.gov apps).

Digital documents

The app works as a digital wallet. You can add your official identification documents (Citizen's Card, driving license, among others), which have the same legal value as physical documents.

Authentication

You can manage your Digital Mobile Key, sign PDF documents and activate your Citizen Card certificates.

Citizen Card Renewal

You can request the renewal of your Citizen Card through the app.

Paperless invoices

You can opt for paperless invoices and start receiving invoices by email, sent to your taxpayer, at participating establishments.

Ratings and reviews

Does not work for me. I logged in and tried to add my Carta de Conducao. The only choice for authentication was Chave Movel Digital, so I entered my phone number, received the code, but upon entering it, the app displayed "An error has occurred. Try again later or contact support." I tried two times last week, then two times today and it always shows the same error message. Also, there is no suggestion in the app how to contact support. Update: 6 months later - the same problem persists. The same error message and no response from customer service.

I would give 0 star to this app SMS never arrives to UK number and this has been the problem for almost 2 years now. I reported to UK consulate which they are also aware of but they don't know when this SMS problem will be solved.

This app used to work in conjunction with Autenticador.pt Now it does not work. Não funciona nem no Xiaomi Note 9 nem no Xiaomi Redmi 9A, mas funciona num antigo Android versão 6 dual core TP Link Neffos C7 Lite.
