I use pinhome for cleaning my house. Initially I quite happy due to its seamless app. But then, 2x in a row their service partner not showing up without notice, i have to wait 1-2 hours only I have to cancel the service. Yes, it can be refund 100% but Pinhome dont compensate my loss of time consuming for waiting and looking for service replacement again. Furthermore pinhome is fail to maintain their service quality. better move to their competitor OKHome or else.

awful application and overall UI &UX. ordered for rekan jasa and all i get is 'Ups, Terjadi Kesalahan' over and ove again. i couldnt chat or check who will be coming over to clean my place. getting a rekan jasa took so much time and usually the rekan jasa asked to be cancelled. unfortunately this app's policy is after few times cancelling (bcs of the rekan jasa's request btw) we have to had the money refunded and cannot re-order. man. it feels like youre making this hard for no reason.

I ordered the home service for cleaning the room at 8am from the day before. However the staff suddenly cancelled at the scheduled time, then I was forced to re-book another service. When I booked, the app just freezed just like that. The customer service didn't react as they only open during 8am-10pm at the time I needed the help most. How I am supposed to know if the staff will be able to arrive at 8am or that I need to cancel the service. Bad customer service experience, bad application.
