I Installed it just to review, I gave a couple of stars because we have been using it to clean the house and it's alright, however, I was dissapointed when we use this plat form to look for a leasing house, the dealer was blatantly ignoring me, and when he actually responded and set time to visit the unit, they cancel it right when I have been waiting for them in the location. I was waiting for nothing like a stupid. please Discipline your dealer!

I choose cleaning service with equipment, but when the cleaner arrived, her vacuum cleaner is broken. The reason I book service with equipment was because I do not possess such cleaning arsenal. It was safe to say that the cleaning works was really bad and beyond suboptimal. I tried to claim Pinhome "satisfaction guarantee" but they will only do rework half of duration from what I booked. Its been 4 days and no rework is done. Do not use Pinhome if you want a stress free experience.

Before a service partner confirms that the service will be carried out, Pinhome requests payment. When no service partners are available, the order is canceled, and you have to wait a long time to receive a refund for the payment you have already made. This is very detrimental to customers! We did not receive the service, but our money was held because the refund process took an unnecessarily long time. I do not recommend using this application!"
