I can't open the app. It was stuck on the start screen no matter how long I waited. I've cleared the cache, still didn't work. Cleared all data, also didn't work. Uninstall and reinstall, you guessed it. Nothing. Worked. Please fix this ASAP. I loved this app

Bad experience at TIX ID. I had loyaltix points of 109,000. Last Dec 29, 2022, I saw that only 1,000 expired and I was okay. At 1 Jan 2023, I checked all 102,000 points expired on the due date of Dec 31, 2022. Rationally, I couldn't have spent 102,000 points in 2 days. In addition, TIX ID itself rarely offers point redemption. They said previously opened points exchange in Dec 7-18, which not the same with the date's expiration. Even if there are offers several times, the quota is limited.
