Ratings and reviews

You get 5g but garbage ping and super throttled internet. It's really not interesting in some countries (Mexico). Saily and Airalo are pricier but the network is actually decent. Edit: still a bad experience. I traveled from Mexico to Oaxaca by land and had no network for 7+ hours. Manually reconnecting or selecting networks didn't do anything. I suggest you review your partnerships with Mexico or offer local esims instead of Irish ones set to roaming leading the heavily throttled connections

set up was a little tricky but followed the steps a few times and got it working within 20 minutes while waiting for our bags at the airport. Service seems like any other network, coverage and speeds can vary depending on where you are. overall I'm very happy as between hotel WiFi and my esim I've not been without internet service during the course of my holiday.

great experience, exactly what an esim should be, super easy to setup, clear plans, very fair prices. slightly patchy coverage when moving on trains in Italy, but mostly very good service. These guys deserve more reviews and online presence, this was the only reason I was a bit hesitant at first. great work, keep it up! (and maybe work a bit on the aesthetics of the branding, you deserve a bit more shine, especially within the app)
