Amazingly poor design logic. To login you have to receive a phone verification code, even after a biometric check. So without an SMS plan you are stuck. Every few minutes you have to repeat this process. Boarding pass download to Google wallet doesn't work at all. Each time you try to do it you get a check-in prompt again. Total disappointment.

This app does not work well. My main issue, among others, is that it doesn't show the amount of baggage you've paid for until you check in. This caused me to pay $185 for an extra bag since the app lied to me and told me I had only one bag when in fact I had already paid for two. So this sounds like something I could get a refund on, right? Wrong! They told me that there's nothing they could do, despite screenshots showing I was not lying. 1/5 stars, I'd give zero if I could.

Can't cancel my check in, can't write my name in English, can't see upload my photo from my phone's album, can't instant contact/chat with CS, couldn't see my future flights (even though I already checked in them in your website). Strongly recommend to have the option to secure upload a copy of my passport as a backup method. Too many ads. Thanks
