I purchased 2 patterns. 1 for my sister and her fiance and one for my brother and his wife. I gave them each their thread art photos on a wooden 3'x3'. They loved it. The patterns were so easy to follow and had clear instructions to follow. I enjoyed doing these so much.

The new update is even worse, it has ruined the app...again! I upload my image, select size, nail count and all...and that's it. Project not saved, I don't even get to the prototype part. It just freezes there on the home page

I have got an problem in image generate, and i contacted the customer support. They just solved and give me that one image for free (worth 270 rupees) and within 30 mins they replied and the problem was solved.
