Ratings and reviews

Privacy Nightmare! App won't work without access to make phone calls, read all my messages, have notifications enabled, and my precise location. In the name of security, this app wants access to everything. Even the option for approximate location is not accepted. Quite disappointed. I couldn't even get to the login screen to try the application. I would give it a rating of 0 if I could.

Absolutely pathetic application. When I am trying to get the statement for a specific time period, neither it is getting downloaded, nor is it mailing to me. No matter how many times I try it just says "Unable to perform the action right now. Inconvenience caused is regretted". Honestly even I regret using this app.

I have been using my Yes Bank credit card for several months now, and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The rewards program is attractive, and I earn good cashback on regular purchases like shopping, dining, and utility payments.
