Todify is a free to-do list app for people who want a clean task list today and a shared group list when the work needs more than one person. It is a task manager you can grow into, without the weight of a full project suite.

TO-DO LIST AND TASK MANAGER
Add a task in seconds. Mark it to-do, in progress, or done. Search your to-do list, filter by status or tag, and sort so you only see the next thing to do. Use it as a daily task list, a checklist for a project, or a running list of personal work.

SHARED GROUPS
Create a group, invite people on Public, and share one task list. Everyone sees the same tasks. Assign a task so it is clear who owns it. Shared to-do lists work for class projects, household chores, client work, and small teams.

LIST OR KANBAN BOARD
Use a list when you want a fast scan. Switch to a board when you want a kanban layout with Not started, In progress, and Done. Move tasks as work changes. The same to-do list, two ways to see it.

COMMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS
Leave comments on a task so the discussion stays next to the work, not buried in chat. Attach images, videos, or files. Copy a share link when you need to point someone at a task.

SUBTASKS AND TAGS
Break a large task into subtasks and check them off as you go. Tag tasks by project, class, home, or team, then filter your to-do list by tag so related work stays together.

INSIGHTS
See totals for done, pending, and in progress. In a group, insights also break down the task list by tag and by assignee, so you can see what is moving and what is stuck.

3. Add tasks, tags, and subtasks. Switch to board view when a kanban board helps.
