Ratings and reviews

Overall experience was good but I faced the problem during one trip. You should provide intermediate stops between two stations while booking bus. There are more than one cities with one name, so it sometimes creates confusion as it has happened with me. Kindly look into this matter.

Redbus has the most pathetic and unreliable service. My first booking with redbus was cancelled just 2 hours before the journey start time. My second booking ( kalpana travels) didn't even stopped at the mentioned location. There was absolutely no communication from their side. When I called them the driver asked me to come to some other location 16 kms away. Absolutely worst experience.

There is no option to review and rate my travel. The app never gives details of the tickets booked or even show how the completed tickets. I cannot even update my profile as it says the phone number is already used. Please fix this REDBUS and publish a valid email id which is answered!!!! I cannot add a pic or else it would have been easy to show how the app keeps going in circles.
