I was disappointed with their customer support. They don't have proper phone support, which can be inconvenient when you need immediate assistance. Additionally, I noticed that the fare of the bus kept changing every time. It would be great if they could work on providing more consistent pricing. Overall the app has its perks, but I hope they improve their customer support and fare transparency. 🚌📱

Hurtful.. this app is very bad experience to me twice.once train is not cancelled and i didn't get any refund or any compensation. And now this day, the train is automatically cancelled and 1/3 of amount is deducted. It's not trusted app and.. don't recommend any one. One of the worst experience with redbus. I recommended make my trip is betterthan redbus. This is only for cheating app. Completely money gone twice.

Bad service and bad experience , they are not able to send the bus details on time, getting the bus details after when it starts from the pickup point...struggled alot to identify.. Again causing the same issue, last time they promised everything will be fine ... I am still not received any update on my traveling details. Please share this better customer support to all customers whoever using this app... Pls share this to your circle to just escaping from this kind of cheatings..
