My Phone Honor 90 Lite can't play any videos from the platform. Everything looks delayed and lagging. Anyway it's not enjoyable at all. I am frustrated by this because I pay for this app and it doesn't function as normally as it used to be. For the record, I have clearly memory, restart, and whatever. Nothing works. Please fix this.

This app is really BROKEN!!!. My phone keeps crashing and restarting whenever I try to check notifications or the status bar, use picture-in-picture mode, or multitask by replying to messages while watching. Even pausing playback for just a minute or two causes issues.

I can't open the app, either on my phone or tv, a warning always pop up everytime I try to open the app, it says "Connection error Looks like you're connecting through a VPN, proxy or 'unblocker' service. Please turn off any of these services and try again." What's went wrong???
